We may charge a fee of up to 0.5% of the loan amount. For example on a Mortgage of £100000.00, the fee would be £500.00. We may also be paid commission from the lender.

Any fees will be discussed and agreed before we proceed. You will receive a Key Facts Illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it.

Insurance services for Properties
